OVER IT ARE NINETEEN
(Holy Quran 74:30)
In other words, if anyone makes the false accusation against the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that he is the author of the Book of Allah, that person will have, among other things, Nineteen imposed upon him. He will have to reckon with Nineteen.
Our great commentators of the past have conjectured beautiful guesses as to what this 19 implied. Some said it referred to the 19 angels who will be in control of the inmates of Hell; others said it refers to the 19 faculties of man and still others to the major pillars and commandments of Islam. But every commentator ends his conjecture with the expression, But Allah knows best. None of our commentators have been arrogant or dogmatic in his assertions, because our Prophet (PBUH) did not explain the real implication of the figure 19. Since this number was given in answer to the charge That Muhammad wrote the Book, its real Author Allah knows what that 19 really implied.
Following is the list of arguments that will show very quickly that Al QURAN IS THE ULTIMATE MIRACLE OF CREATION and absolutely beyond the mind of man to conceive.

Pursuing the chronological order of the Quranic Revealation, we find that verse 30 of Surah Muddaththir (Chapter 74) i.e OVER IT ARE NINETEEN was the last verse given to Muhammad (SAW) by the Angel Gibrail on his fourth visit. Gibrail on pausing here, instead of giving Muhammad (SAW) the balance of the remaining verses of this chapter, started giving the balance of Chapter 96. On his first visit, he had given 5 verses of Chapter 96, to which 14 more verses were now added. How many verses does that make? Nineteen is the answer. The sceptic will most probably reply that this was a sheer coincidence. Well..lets see the rest of the COINCIDENCES.

We have stumbled across 5 COINCIDENCES already. But since our honorable critic is not well prepared to accept these, we will therefore be generous enough to discount them. This is because we can afford this generosity. Have a look at the following COINCIDENTAL happenings and you will get how we can afford it.

Whats so special about the number 19? Is it an easy number to work with? No! It is one of the most difficult to work with. It has no denominators. Unlike its sister number 18 which is divisible by 2,3,6 and by 9; and its other sister number 20 which is divisible by 2,4,5 and by 10; 19 is indivisible. It is a Prime Number in mathematics and is also a unique number because it begins with 1, the lowest numeral of our mathematical system and ends with 9, the highest numeral of our mathematical system; it seems to be alpha and omega of our mathematical system.
- Count the letters. They are exactly NINETEEN. How did this happen? COINCIDENCE! blurts out materialistic, skeptical friend. Since we had already discounted the previous 5 coincidences, we will agree with our friend that this coincidence can happen now for the first time.
- This first sentence of the Quran has been repeated in the Book an exact number of times which will be a multiple of 19, i.e. 114.114=19*6. The unbeliever bleats COINCIDENCE.
- Let us scrutinize this first sentence of Quran.
- The first word, pronounced Isam, meaning Name occurs 19 times in Quran, only 19*1=19 times. Earlier in the list of COINCIDENCES, it was POSSIBLE, but surely it is getting IMPROBABLE now!
- The second word, pronounced Allah, meaning God occurs 2698 times in Quran. Get your calculators and divide by 19. 19*142=2698 on the dot is the answer. Dont you see that it is beginning to get IMPOSSIBLE?!
- The third word, pronounced Rahmaan, meaning The Most Gracious appears 57 times in Quran. 19*3=57.How did this happen? Yes, again it must be a MIRACLE!
- The fourth and the last word, pronounced Raheem, meaning The Most Mercifuloccurs 114 times, the exact number of the Quranic Chapters,as if fairly divided one Raheem The Most Gracious for each Surah or Chapter. We find 19*6=114. COINCIDENCE! Please!
- The Holy Quran is the only Book on the face of the earth, which has at the heading of certain Chapters, certain Initials or Code Letters or as they are called in Arabic Muqattaatmeaning abbreviated letters. These letters seem to have no apparent meaning. Out of a total of 28 letters of Arabic alphabet, exactly half of them are involved in these Quranic Initials. These 14 letters are constituted in 14 different combinations. These 14 different combinations are repeated in the Holy Quran in 29 Chapters. If we add the 14 Initials to the 14 Combinations to the 29 Surahs or Chapters, we obtain a total of 57, which happens to be an exact multiple of 19. 19*3=57.
- Every Chapter of the Quran, which has Initials affixed at the head of it, follows a wonderful, awe-inspiring pattern. Count the number of times the Initials occur in the Surahs and divide them by 19, and without exception the answer is always exact multiple of 19!
- How did this happen? C-O-I-N-C-I-D-E-N-C-E is the monotonous, but now barely audible reply. The odds of this happening are already more than a MIRACLE. It is more than what any man can do.
- How can you not bow down your head in absolute amazement and prayer before such an Author, the Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent God of the Universe, Who is granting us signs after signs to recognize Him? Verily He has fulfilled His promise.

A site sura-like-it whose author, probably a Christian Arab, posted three or four pages that he wrote, or were given to him, in the same language and style of the Quran and called them Sura like it". Any reader of the Quran will understand immediately that the author of these pages meant to take the challenge in the Quran "to produce a sura like it", to prove a point.
Many of the Muslim scholars all over the world and the Muslim readers immediately condemned the site sura-like-it hosted by AOL (America On Line) and those who are behind it and requested that AOL immediately remove the site. AOL under that mounting pressure voluntarily removed the site.
This kind of reaction by many of the traditional Muslims and the Muslim scholars, only reflects their ignorance with the Quran and the miracle of the Quran. It also reflects their inability to understand the Quran or follow its teachings.
The reader of the Quran can easily recognize that, the challenge to produce a sura like it, is a genuine challenge by God, Almighty, the author of the Quran to all the humans and Jinn. It is meant to be taken seriously. Any human being alone or with the help of any force on earth is allowed to take it. For these Scholars and their followers to prevent the challenge from taking place is to stop the application of the Quran, as God wants it. This only reflects their own insecurity and their failure to trust in God, the author of the Quran.
Actually those scholars and their followers do not differ much from the person who tried to meet the challenge and posted his "Sura like it" pages. Both are ignorant with the true challenge in the Quran and the miracle of the Quran that makes it impossible to produce "Sura like it".
The student of the Quran will realize that God in the Quran never claimed that the eloquence of the language or the style of the Quran are the basis of its miracle or inimitability. This claim was made up by the scholars after the death of the prophet and kept echoing it without appreciating what they say. Actually the student of the Quran will remember that when the contemporaries of the prophet Muhammed asked him for a miracle, his answer was to wait and that he himself is waiting.

"They say, "How come no miracle came down to him from his
Lord?" Say, "The future belongs to GOD; so wait, and I am
waiting along with you." [10:20] |
Assuming that the challenge of the Quran is what the scholars claimed, many Arabic literature giants , old and contemporary, accepted the scholars challenge, unaware of the true challenge in the book.
Musaylimah, a contemporary of the prophet Muhammad, Ibn al-Muqaffa, the prominent Arabic prose writer( died in 139/756), Abul -ala al-Maarri (who died in 449/1057), Taha Hussein, the famous Egyptian literature giant (1889-1973) are just few of those who took the challenge, unaware of its extent or their limits.
Ali Dashti, (1894-1982), the famous Iranian-Arab scholar, ignorant with the true challenge of the Quran, had the following to say:
"Neither the Qur'an's eloquence, nor it's moral precepts are miraculous." (Ali Dashti, Twenty Three Years, pg 57). Others who shared this view include "... Ebn Hazm and ol-Khayyat ......and several other leading exponents of the Mo'tazzilite school."
It was Gods plan for this kind of challenge to take place in preparation for the discovery of the miracle of the Quran that God called "One of the great miracles." [74:35]
It was the year 1974 when the waiting was over, read OVER IT IS NINETEEN. It was the year when number 19 was discovered as the foundation of the miracle of the Quran. It was also Gods plan to have number 19 mentioned in Sura 74, this was 1406 lunar years after the revelation of the Quran. Notice that 1406 is (19X74).
Over the next few years , the extent of the mathematical miracle of the Quran were to be appreciated by those blessed by God Almighty. This miracle proved the formidable structure of the Quran and why it is inimitable.

God called that miracle "One of the great miracles" 74:35 (7+4+3+5= 19)
This mathematical discovery proved that every chapter, sentence, word, letter and number in the Quran is but a part of an intricate mathematical composition of the book. This miracle involved the whole book from the first letter "Ba" in Sura one to the last letter "Seen" in Sura 114.
The book as a whole , the suras (Chapters) , and verses ,collectively and separately are built into a most sophisticated mathematical structure that guarantees the authenticity of the book and guards against any human interference. It also makes it impossible to imitate the book even after the code is known.
Now that we understand the structure of the Quran and how the book is mathematically composed in addition to its literature eloquence and style, we know what went wrong with those who challenged the Quran and those who got up to silence them.
So far, all those who challenged the Quran, challenged what the scholars thought of the Quran. A thought that was never stated in the Quran or demanded by God. They challenged the eloquence of the language and the style of the Quran. So far, no one challenged the Quran as God planned to have it, a mathematically composed book with every letter, word, verse and sura like a complex structure interlocked like a huge puzzle where the pieces have to fit exactly in place. To do so, every piece of that huge puzzle has to have the right number of letters, the number of words, verses and the right order among the other suras. In the next paragraphs we will explain to you, what a challenge of the Quran should look like to meet the qualification of a challenge.
God in the Quran used 14 of the 28 Arabic alphabets to create an awesomely designed intricate link between the chapters (Suras), verses (Sentences), words, letters, their location, their frequency and the actual numbers in the book. All these designs are based on number 19, as per 74:30 in the Quran.
All those who are fooled by the simple but beautiful language of the Quran, did not realize that behind that linguistically beautiful composition , is one of the most sophisticated mathematical system. A system that cannot be imitated even with the help of a computer and after the discovery has been made in 1974. Keep in mind that the Quran was revealed to Muhammed, over 1400 years ago when no man could have made such a book with those complex mathematical formulas.
The challenge in the Quran is not only open to the non-Muslims but is open as much to the Muslims and the scholars from all religions. Since we publish this article, we will be happy to post here on this site the products of any one who accepts the challenge. The set-criteria will be easy to judge and it does not need an expert in any specific language, since mathematics is a universal language.
Here are the criteria for the qualities to be met in the verse that would replace the Basmallah:
FACT 1. The verse should consists of 19 letters.
FACT 2. The sequence number of each word in the verse followed by the number of letters in it forms a number which is a multiple of 19.
FACT 3. Replace the number of letters in each word in Fact 2 by the total gematrical value of that word. Thus, the sequence number of each word is followed by its total gematrical value, to form a number which is a multiple of 19:
FACT 4. If you replace the total gematrical value of each word in Fact 3 by the gematrical value of every letter in that word you should get a number which is a multiple of 19.
FACT 5. If you insert the sequence number of each letter in the word before its gematrical value in Fact 4 you should get a number which is a multiple of 19.
FACT 6. If you replace the total gematrical value of each word in Fact 3 by the sum of the gematrical values of the first and the last letter in that word you should get a number which is a multiple of 19:
FACT 7. Consider the numbers used in Fact 2 and Fact 3. In Fact 2, the sequence number of each word is followed by the number of letters in the word. In Fact 3, we replace the number letters by the gematrical values of the words Now, for this case, the sequence number of each word will be followed by the sum of the number of letters and the gematrical value of the word. This should form a number which is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 8. Consider Fact 2, where the sequence number of each word in the Basmalah is followed by the number of letters in the word. In this case, the sequence number of each word will be followed by the total number of letters up to and including that word (cumulative total). The result should be a number which is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 9. This fact is very similar to Fact 8. In this fact, instead of using the cumulative total number of letters for each word, use the cumulative total of the gematrical values of the letters corresponding to the word. For example, the gematrical value of the letters in the Basmalah's four words (i.e. verse1, sura 1) are 102, 66, 329 and 289, respectively. Then the cumulative total of the gematrical values of the letters will be 102 for the first word. It will be 168 (102+66) for the second word, 497 (102+66+329) for the third word, and finally 786 (102+66+329+289) for the last word.
Write down the sequence numbers of the words followed by the cumulative total of the gematrical values of the letters corresponding to the word. The resultant number should be a multiple of 19.
FACT 10. The gematrical value of each letter of the verse, followed by its sequence number (1 through 19) should form a number that is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 11. Insert the sequence number of each word (1, 2, 3, and 4) at the end of each group of numbers in Fact 10 while keeping all the numbers the same. The result should be a number that is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 12. Consider the numbers in Fact 11, and replace the sequence numbers of the words (1, 2, 3, and 4) with their gematrical values , while keeping all the other numbers the same. The result should bea number, that is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 13. This time change the position of the gematrical values of the words in Fact 12, and put them preceding the words, instead of following them. The resultant number, should also be a multiple of 19:
FACT 14. For your verse-like it, write down the following: a) Number of letters in the word, b) The total gematrical value of the word, c) The gematrical value of each letter in the word. The entire number should be a multiple of 19.
FACT 15. In Fact 14, the total gematrical values of the words are placed second in sequence. Now, place them as the last item in each underlined word. The resultant number, should remain a multiple of 19
FACT 16. If you represent each one of the words of your verse-like it,by the sequence number of the letters in it. If we add these numbers representing the words of your verse-like-it, the result should be a number which is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 17. Consider the numbers that represented each word of your verse-like-it in Fact 16. Instead of adding these numbers, write each one down, followed by the sequence number of the word. The result should be a number, that is a multiple of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
FACT 18. This fact is based on three numbers only. If you put the number of the words next to the number of the letters next to the total gematrical value of the whole verse-like-it, it should be a multiple of 19.
FACT 19. If you write the number of verses in the challenge, (i.e.1), then the total number of the letters in your verse-like-it (i.e. 19) followed by the number of letters in each word , the result should be multiple of multiples of 19. See the example of Sura 1, verse 1.
(3) If you choose to write a sura like sura one then remember that while reading your made-to-challenge sura, the reader would close his/her lips, pronouncing your words, 19 times or a multiple of nineteen.
(4) After the Basmallah, complete your chosen sura-like it, and tell us which sura does it imitate. Remember that all the words used in the sura should not disturb any mathematically composed phenomenon in the rest of the suras, e.g the total number of the word God, messenger, throne, one, merciful, gracious, name, days, months, say, prayer, charity, pilgrimage, fasting, Jesus, Muhammed, Mary, Moses, Adam, covenant, prophet....etc and should also keep the mathematical balance of certain quranic expressions.
The gematrical values of the Arabic Alphabets are known and can be found . The gematrical value of the English Alphabets or any other language can be assumed as A=1, B=2, C= 3...etc., if you choose to write it in English or any other language. Let us know these values when you are done.
(5) The produced sura should make complete and perfect laws or advise for moral standard and should be grammatically and linguistically sound. They should be judges as being excellent in composition by people who speak the language.

We know that our world would end with the end of the sun, the process, in scientific terminology, is known as SUPERNOVA. Its scientific description is exactly in accordance with that what is written in the Quran.
How do stars originate? 
Stars form from concentrations in huge interstellar gas clouds. These contract due to their own gravitational pull. As the cloud gets smaller it loses some of the energy stored in it as gravitational potential energy. This is turned into heat which, in the early days of the embryonic star, can easily escape and so the gas cloud stays cool. As the cloud's density rises, it becomes more and more difficult for heat to escape and the temperature at the center of the cloud rises. If the cloud is big enough, the temperature rise is sufficient for nuclear fusion reactions to begin. These generate more heat and the `burning' of hydrogen into helium begins, as in the Sun. The object is then a main sequence star.

The Early Evolution of a Star :-
In its early stages the embryonic star is still surrounded by the remains of the original gas cloud from which it formed. By this stage the cloud remnant takes the form of a disk around the star. The radiation from the star gradually dissipates this disk, possibly leaving behind a system of smaller objects, planets.
The Main-Sequence:-
The star now settles down to a long period of stability while the hydrogen at its centre is converted into helium with the release of an enormous amount of energy. This stage is called the main-sequence stageThe more massive a star is the quicker it `burns' up its hydrogen and hence the brighter, bigger and hotter it is. The rapid conversion of hydrogen into helium also means that the hydrogen gets used up at a greater rate in the more massive stars than the smaller ones. For a star like the Sun the main-sequence stage lasts about 10,000,000,000 years
Post Main-Sequence Evolution:-
Stars similar in mass to the Sun `burn' hydrogen into helium in their centres during the main-sequence phase but eventually there is no hydrogen left in the centre to provide the necessary pressure to balance the inward pull of gravity. The core of the star contracts until it is hot enough for helium to be converted into carbon.The reaction can roughly be represented as

Hydrogen continues to fuse into helium in a shell around the core, but the outer layers of the star have to expand. This makes the star appear brighter and cooler and it becomes a red giant. During the red giant phase a star often loses a lot of its outer layers which are blown away by the radiation coming from below.
The star becomes a planetary nebula.Eventually the energy generation will fizzle out and the star will collapse to what is called a ` white dwarf'.
Supernova 
A supernova is an exploding star. We see the phenomenon as the brightening of a star by as much as 21 magnitudes within a matter of hours followed by a characteristic fading over a period of months. At peak brightness a supernova might outshine its parent galaxy. Supernovae are vast explosions in which a whole star is blown up. They are mostly seen in distant galaxies as `new' stars appearing close to the galaxy of which they are members. Supernovae fall into two different types whose evolutionary history is different. Type I supernovae result from mass transfer inside a binary system consisting of a white dwarf star and an evolving giant star.
The origin of a Type I supernova is an old, evolved binary system in which at least one component is a white dwarf star. White dwarf stars are very small compact stars which have collapsed to a size about one tenth that of the Sun. They represent the final evolutionary stage of all low-mass stars. The electrons in a white dwarf are subject to quantum mechanical constraints (the matter is called degenerate) and this state can only be maintained for star masses less than about 1.4 times that of the Sun.
The pair of stars loses angular momentum until they are so close together that the matter in the companion star is transferred into a thick disc around the white dwarf and is gradually accreted by the white dwarf. The mass transferred from the giant star increases the mass of the white dwarf to a value significantly higher than the critical value whereupon the whole star collapses and the nuclear burning of the carbon and oxygen to nickel yields sufficient energy to blow the star to bits. The subsequent energy released is from the radioactive decay of the nickel through cobalt to iron.

The true nature of a pig: -
Pig is a lowly, unwholesome, disease-riddled, parasite infested, non-sweating canine toothed excrement-eating, mud-bathing, chemically tainted, carnivorous scavenger.
The pig is a meat eater: -
Eating swine flesh is just about the same as eating a dog or wolf. Think about it. Parasitic worms are often ingested when pigs eat other animals. So it presents health problems to humans who choose to dine on swine.
Pig meat rots quickly: -
Some swine muscles are anaerobic and therefore do not require oxygen to function. This is not only the reason for its gray color but also why pig meat rots so quickly.
Pigs dont sweat: -
The rot prone cells of swine and the more often than not over salting of them are but two contributing factors to porks unique seemingly wholesome flavor. The pig cannot sweat body wastes that would other wise be released through the skin in the form of perspiration as it is prevented from doings so by non-functioning sweat glands. This fluid has a similar chemical constitution as urine, is what adds that distinct flavor to pork that swine diners love to eat.
A pig will die if it cannot find some way to cool it self externally. Mud mixed with fecal material and urine, to say the least, a wholesome environment one that invites external and internal parasitic infestation as well as bacterial and viral disease.
The nose knows: -
The odor that emanates from the pigs body and waste material is horrendous, stifling, caustic and downright lethal the pigs odor is so potent that it actually deteriorates or corrodes metal fence posts. Not only do pigs reek externally they exhibit putrid odor in their flesh as well.
Swine consumption can lead to chemical poisoning: -
Swine consumption can lead to chemical poisoning, infection by antibiotic resistant bacteria, and cancer when arsenic or sulfa methane laced pork is ingested over a long period of time.

In September 1987,issue of Vegetarian times reported that researchers from the college of medicine at Howard University in Washington, D. C. Linked heavy pork consumption to high incidence of esophageal cancer among African Americans.
The pig is full of puss: -
The fact that pus is a viscous, yellow whitish fluid formed in infected tissue consisting chiefly of leukocytes cellular debris and liquefied tissue element gives validity to the statement that pork is full of pus.
Pigs eat their own stool: -
In the early 1980s, experiments were conducted in the U. S. A to determine the possibilities of recycling fecal material by filtering the water from liquid manure tanks and supply it back to the hogs as their sole source of drinking water and feeding the washed fecal remains back to the pigs.
Deadly worms present in pigs: -
Even cooked at high temperatures, some worms present in the pigs remain alive to possibly initiate infestation, which in the case of trichina worms is not only irreversible, but can cause death. In general
Pigs are infested with whipworms, thread worms, thorn worms, stomach worms, round worms kidney worms lungs wormsand pork tapeworms to name a few. Upon ingestion by humans, these worms wreak havoc on the digestive system specifically and the entire body in general.
Withdrawal test: -
There are many people who have eaten swine all their lives, and, will continue to even after reading this text. To these people, a challenge is put forth to perform an experiment with their body. They should stop eating all pork products for two months. After this time period of detoxification, their bodies will not allow them to digest pork again without becoming very sick. This is called with drawl test.
Remember, the pig was not made to be eaten.

Prayer is the thanks and the supplication of the servant to Allah .It is the mans journey on the sacred path that leads to Allah. Prayer is the grace of viewing the infinite world within the secret of the Opening Chapter.
For these reasons ,no science has the power to unravel or outline the mysteries of Prayer .In the following lines we shall open a window only on the most exoteric aspects of Prayer ,affirming its miraculous effects on human health .
1) Healthy Brain:-
Normally when you stand erect, blood does flow in the brain but it is not sufficient for a healthy brain .During sajda ,extra blood flows in the brain adding to the health of human mind.
2) Chilblain:-
in Sajda the extra blood supply to the skin prevents diseases such as chilblain
3) Sinusitis:-
During sajda there is a drainage of sinuses and there are lesser chances of having sinusitis i.e. a disease related to the inflammation of sinuses .
4) Bronchitis:-
Also during sajda the bronchi get drained and there are lesser chance of having bronchitis.
5) Lung diseases:-
a research has proved that when a person breathes normally two third of the capacity of lings is exhaled out while the remaining one third is left in the lungs as residual air .In sajda ,the abdominal visra presses against the diaphragm ,the diaphragm presses against the lower lobe and even the remaining one third residual air is aired out .This really helps to prevent lung diseases.
6) Hernia:-
In sajda there is increased venous return and there are lesser chances of suffering from hernia .
7) Hemorrhoid:-
the specific posture of sajda helps in preventing hemorrhoid
8) Spinal diseases:-
In Salat we stand up ,sit down ,do Qayam ,Rukooh and Sajda .When we stand up from the same position , the weight is localized on the bottom of the feet and the calves muscles and thigh muscles are activated and they increase the blood supply to th lower part of the body .Also , these different postures in Qayam ,Rukooh and Sajda exercises the vertebral column and hence the chances of having spinal diseases are lessened .
9) Ideal timings of prayer:-
It has been prove d by Dr Zakir Naik that the time of Namaz five times a day coincides with the alternations of the bio-rhythms and the period of increased bio-active-spot-activity .
10) Nervous and Reproductive systems:-
It has been proved recently that the face ablution recharges organs like intestines ,stomach, bladders and has a positive effect on the nervous and reproductive systems .One such example is that the massage of the ear harmonizes the work of all organs ,prevents high blood pressure and relieves tooth and throat pain .
11) Miswaak a miraculous thing:-
Scientist have recently rvelaed that Miswaak kills upto 80% of the bacteria after a single use ,strengtens the gums and its effects last for almost 48 hours .It stimulates the bio-active-spots present in the mouth cavity .These spots are responsible for our six sense organs ,three pair cells like upper jaws and 28 spinal nerves .They regulate the functioning of gall bladder ,urinary bladder ,liver,kidneys ,stomach ,pancreas, spleen ,lungs ,heart and intestine . Miswaak prevents 70 diseases andf helps to keep the mind healthy .
12) Circulatory system:-
the circulatory system is based on transportation of blood to every part of the body and collection of biologically used blood back to the heart . The latter function is of vital concern for the body as if the reverse circulation is distured ,distolic blood pressure increases and aging ,even the onset of death may be precipitated. The most important issue in this twofold circulatory action is the healthful functioning of the blood veins and arteries .Blood vessels resemble flexible tubing which if become hardened and lose their elasticity cause pressure exerted on the heart .this is known as arteriosclerosis.
The hardening and narrowing of blood vessels so not form instantaneously ,but over a long period of time .There is an applicatioion in our daily life which in sense excercises blood vessels by alternatively constricting and widening them .Its agent is water ,which gives rise to temperare gradients .Water assures flexiblity and vigour of vessels distant from heart by dilating them when hot and contracting them when cold. It also forces nutrents deposited in tissues due to sluggish circulation back into the blood stream by virtue of this temperature differnce .In the face of this fact is it possible to view Washup formula anything short a miracle ?
13) Immune System (Lymphatic Circulation):-
The vessels of this system are ten times thnner than those of RBC .The lymphatic circulation protects the body against bacterium ,alien objects like cancer cells which are destroyed by the warrior cells or leucocytes in the lymphatic system .The proper functioning of this system and its thin vessels is reinforced through the Washup.The reasons are s follows:

There is wisdom behind every single act in Islam no matter how small .The benefits of fasting transcend from guiding the person who fasts from idle talks and indecent act. It is a sentinel against disease. Given below are some of the benefits behind fasting
Blood Pressure:-
During feats the system of secretions is organized and this in turns benefits the blood pressure inhibiting hardening of the arteries.
Healing through fasting:-
Fasting intensifies healing. Tissues and organs are repaired rapidly .To heal illness, the body must pull out of its resources towards cleansing and repairing. To do so , it attempts to reduce or stop digestion which is acquired when fasting.
Microscopic Tubes and Membranes:-
Ingestion of mucous forming foods clogs the bodys microscopic tubes and membranes. This allows internal waste to build up, increasing the chance of illness .Fasting dissolves this internal mucus ,allowing the bodys natural cleansing to occur.
Elimination of some dangerous elements :-
During fasting, the body gets a chance to eliminate following elements during the cleansing process.
v Dead, dying or diseased cells
v Unwanted fatty tissues
v Trans fatty acids
v Hardened coating of mucus on the intestinal wall

Fasting dramatically shortens the time needed by an individual to make the transition from a conventional diet and lifestyle (including pains ,addictions ,fatigue) to the energetic state associated with healthful living.
Overcoming Addictions:-
According to Dr Alan Goldhammer, addictions to drugs such as alcohols, cocaine ,nicotine are examples where fasting can dramatically reduce the often protracted withdrawal symptoms that prevent people from becoming drug free.
Uterine Fibroid Tumors:-
A proper fast is said to reduce the size and affect of uterine fibroid tumors.
Back and Neck Problems:-
It is interesting to note that often patients with chronic pain who have received extensive treatment will experience improvement through fasting.
Effect on Digestive System:-
Fasting has positive effects on the digestive system but its marvelous effect is on liver which can rest for 4-6 hours and is relieved of its nutrient storage duties to a large extent and hence produces globulins which reinforces the immune system. Other organs like throat ,esophagus ,stomach, secretory cells and intestines are relaxed .Also ,the basic constituents of our immune system Peyer plaques are subjected to renewals .
Effect on Nervous System:-
The nervous system is in complete relaxation during fasts .The satisfaction of fulfilling worship removes almost all our tensions and bad temper. With a more earnest surrender, even our worries are dissipated .In this way stresses , which are a serious problem in our day are dispelled almost entirely. The circulation n the brain, which is restored to a rigorous harmony through the joint effect of fasting and Wudu becomes a clean indicator of a healthy nervous system.
Blood Formation and subtleties of Fasting:-
During fasting, when nutrients in blood falls to a minimal level, the bone marrow is stimulated .As a result, blood anemic produce blood more easily when they fast. Since the liver is restoring in fasting ,it can prepare the materials needed by the bone marrow for blood production more easily and in greater quantity .As a result of these multifaceted biological subtleties of fasting ,lean persons gain weight when they fast .On the other hand obese people lose weight because of the beneficial effects of fasts on overall health.

and the sun and the moon: All (the celestial bodies)
swim along, each in its rounded course (21:33)
He directs the affairs from the heavens to the earth: then it
ascends unto Him, on a Day the measure of which is a
thousand years of your reckoning (32:5)
Based on these verses, mainly the last verse (verse 32:5) it can be concluded that:

where :
C = the speed of the Affairs
t = time in a day
L = the route length of the moons trip in one month
Many calender systems, has been tested, but only sidereal month calendar system produce the value C which equals to the value of C based on measurement.
There are two month calendar systems:
1-Sinodic System:- based on virtual apparition of moons and suns
motions from the earth.
1 day = 24 hours
1 month = 29.53059 days
2-Sidereal System:- based on relative motion of the moons and the
sun to the star in universe.
1 day = 23 hours 56 minutes 4.0906 seconds
= 86164.0906 seconds
1 month = 27.321661 days

It is Allah Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all between them, in six Days. Then He established Himself on the Throne: Ye have none, besides him, to protect or intercede (for you) . Will ye not then receive admonition ?
He directs the affairs from the heavens to the earth: then it ascends unto Him, on a Day the measure of which is a thousand years of your reckoning.
